Refund Policy
When you buy our products/services, your
purchase is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. We accept returns. You
can return unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of your
purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are, for any reason, not
entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. If 7
days or more have passed since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or
an exchange.
The procedure of refunding will be:

You have to include your order
number (sent to you via email after ordering). Also, you have to tell us the
reason of requesting a refund – we actually take customer feedback very
seriously and will use it to constantly improve our products and quality of

If you are entitled to a
return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment.

Refund
will be applicable only if the following conditions are satisfied:

We only exchange goods if they
are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is
defective, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of
the product and the defect.
2) You can also send the item you consider defective to F2 First Floor
Gyan Khand 2 Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014. Upon receipt of the returned
product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a
reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a
result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement
product.
Exceptions
1)
Some items are non-refundable
and non-exchangeable.
2)
Refunds do not include any
shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
3)
Shipping charges for all
returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
4)
You are responsible for any
loss or damage to the product during shipment.
5)
We do not guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.
6)
Shipping and handling charges
are not refundable.
7) Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Cancellation Policy

possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
The
following things need to be considered under the Cancellation policy:

Cancellations will be
considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.
However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have
been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process
of shipping them. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day
Delivery category.
2)
Refund/replacement can be made
if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
3)
In case of receipt of damaged
or defective consumer durable items and nondurable items please report at [email protected]
The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and
determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of
receipt of the products.
4)
In case you feel that the
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you
must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of
receiving the product. We will take appropriate action against the merchant.
